Consumers, homes, and communities are increasingly engaging with sustainability. This course answers the questions of “Why are we talking about this in real estate?” and “How is this actually impacting my business?” It guides REALTORS® through the value proposition of sustainability with their business operation and clients, and promotes insight on embracing sustainability. Come away with an understanding that the built environment has a major contribution to sustainability, gain confidence in understanding and talking about sustainability with clients, in the real estate organization, and in communities, and understand the benefits clients seek. Learn how research contributes to a consumer and industry shift and interest in the benefits of sustainability features, and consider your own personal and business actions to increase confidence to lead to improvement in sustainability practices.
